What
happens once I have made a booking?
Once
our consultants have confirmed your booking, we will send you
a booking confirmation and invoice. This will outline your
payment options which will include payment by cheque or credit
card directly from our website utilising our secure online
payment facility.
What
if I’m not ready to book but just want to make an enquiry?
If
you are simply making an enquiry you can either follow
the same steps as you would to make a booking or select
the contact us page. The last box to
be filled in titled your message is free
typing text. Our consultants are more than happy to answer
any accommodation enquiries you have.
How
do I pay for my booking?
Once
your booking is confirmed, you will be sent an invoice outlining
your payment options with the simple steps you need to take
to complete your transaction. Payment options will include
payment by cheque, payment by direct deposit into our bank
account, or payment by credit card directly from our website
utilising our secure PayPal online
payment facility.
What
happens once I have paid for my booking?
Once
you have paid for your booking a receipt of payment will be
forwarded directly to you.
What
if I have a more detailed itinerary and need to book or enquire
about more than one property?
If
you wish to book or enquire about more than one property you
can still do it all in the one transaction. Simply begin at
your first property and proceed to fill in the details. Once
you get to your message this is free typing
text so you can easily tell us all of your requirements.
How
secure and confidential are my personal details?
Any
personal details we receive from you are used purely for
the purpose for which it was collected – which is to
act as your booking agent. Any credit card payment you
give us is handled by our secure PayPal payment system
which prevents any unauthorised access to your card details.
What
happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Individual
properties have their own varying booking terms and conditions
which you will be advised of at the time of booking. If you
find that you need to change or cancel your booking simply email
us and we will be able to advise you exactly
depending upon the individual situation.
